Delivery Information

All products are subject to availability, and are available for immediate delivery unless otherwise stated.
We use a sophisticated logistics structure and all products are shipped from our main warehouse located in Germany or the closest distribution centre nearest to your location.

United Kingdom - FREE

Delivery should usually take 3-5 working days.

Europe - FREE

Delivery should normally take 3-5 working days.

Worldwide - FREE

Delivery should normally take 5-7 working days.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).


In the event of non-delivery, please allow 14 working days before contacting us, as we do need to allow for postal delays before we can arrange a refund or replacement. If your order has not arrived after this time, please contact us so we can track the order.

Returns, Refunds

Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If for any reason, you have a change of heart regarding a purchase made at Project Extreme’s Online Store, you may return your product within 14 days.

For acceptance of your return, the product must be in perfect condition, including: the original packaging, accessories and a copy of the receipt.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping charges related to a return to Extreme® in Germany, and paid return shipping or handling fees are non-refundable.
If the goods are faulty or do not conform to description, please contact our customer service team and we will arrange the return at our own expense.

The original amount paid for the returned item(s) will be refunded, when we have received the Extreme® product or documentation for such return.

Refunds will be made within 14 days upon receiving of the product, and will be transferred to the original buyer’s payment method.

To arrange a return, please contact our customer service team for a Return Reference-Number.
